Sources and method

Flights

Flight data comes from AeroDataBox (airport flight board snapshots). It is not the airport's own display and can differ from it.

Boards are refreshed on a schedule. Every page says when its data was taken, and shows a warning at the top when the data is old.

When gates and belts are shown

A gate is shown only when our data is at most 30 minutes old. Otherwise the cell says: gate: see airport board.

A baggage belt is shown only for flights that have landed and only from data at most 30 minutes old.

When an airport does not publish gates, desks or belts through our source, its page says so.

A flight counts as delayed from 15 minutes late.

How guides are checked

A fact is published only with an official https source (the airport, the transport operator or a government body) and the date it was checked.

A fact checked more than 180 days ago cannot reach the site: the build stops until it is re-checked.

New facts get a second, independent check against the primary source.

A guide page is published only with at least 3 confirmed facts.

What we never claim

The exact time a passenger will come out of arrivals; when check-in closes for a specific flight; whether you will make a connection; queue lengths; whether you need a transit visa. There is no reliable source for these: see your airline's rules and official websites.
